This class is a 90 minute Hatha/Kripalu inspired slow flow with extended savasana. Chelsea begins class with pranayama or breathwork exercises aimed to balance the mind, the class then transitions to physical practice and ends with a 30 minute meditation. This class is open to all ages and levels.
