Service Description
Free 20-Minute 1:1 Consultation REQUIRED before group to discuss goals and any movement restrictions. 🌿 Women’s Yoga Therapy Group (4 Sessions): In-Person Mondays in October 2025 Session 1 – Grounding & Self-Compassion We’ll begin by exploring how to feel safe and supported in our own bodies. Through grounding yoga postures, calming breathwork, and gentle mindfulness, you’ll cultivate self-awareness and compassion. This session helps build trust within yourself and the group, creating a foundation for the weeks ahead. Session 2 – Releasing & Letting Go Stress, trauma, and daily pressures often settle into the body. This session focuses on releasing tension through restorative movement, hip openers, and breath practices designed to let go of what no longer serves you. We’ll use journaling to reflect on what you’re ready to release emotionally and physically. Session 3 – Empowerment & Strength This week centers on reclaiming agency and confidence in your body. Using empowering postures like warriors and core-strengthening flows, you’ll explore resilience and stability. Breathwork and visualization practices will help connect you to your inner strength. Session 4 – Integration & Connection In our final session, we’ll bring together the tools you’ve learned—grounding, release, and empowerment—into a balanced flow. Heart-opening postures and a loving-kindness meditation will support a sense of wholeness. Together, we’ll reflect on your growth and set intentions for continued practice beyond the group.
