Service Description

Join Kristen for her 1-hour meditation class with light, hands on Reiki energy healing. During this experience Kristen will guide you through a mediation to assist the body in coming to a relaxed and restful state, followed by or in tandem with, an offering of the nourishing energy of Usui Holy Fire Reiki. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class. Class will begin promptly at 7 pm.
