Jessie is a level II Reiki Practitioner from the Usui Holy Fire lineage who provides 45 minute Reiki sessions followed by 15 minutes of processing. Usui Holy Fire Reiki is described to be meditative and healing, although every session is received differently. There are no contradictions to Reiki, as Reiki is the life force energy within all of us and Reiki is used as a tool for relaxation and bringing the body to a state of rest that promotes healing and stress reduction.
