Service Description
Free 20-Minute 1:1 Consultation REQUIRED before group to discuss goals and any movement restrictions. Overview This 6-week therapeutic yoga group is designed for individuals living with chronic pain and ongoing health conditions. Through gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and yoga nidra, participants will learn supportive practices that ease discomfort, calm the nervous system, and foster resilience. Each session is trauma-informed, accessible, and adaptable for all abilities—no prior yoga experience is required. Group Structure Length: 6 sessions (1 per week) Format: Small group setting for connection, support, and personalized guidance Focus: Gentle yoga therapy practices for chronic pain and health management Accessibility: Chairs, props, and modifications always available Weekly Themes & Flow 1. Foundations of Breath & Gentle Movement Learn safe, accessible movement and breath techniques to support pain reduction and mobility. 2. Nervous System Regulation Explore calming practices to ease stress, reduce flare-ups, and restore balance. 3. Mind-Body Connection Practice mindful awareness and body scans to increase resilience and reduce tension. 4. Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest Experience guided yogic sleep—a powerful practice to restore energy, improve sleep, and support healing. 5. Compassionate Strength & Gentle Flow Build confidence with supported postures that foster stability, strength, and grounding. 6. Integration & Take-Home Practices Create a personal toolkit of yoga therapy practices for ongoing support in daily life.
