Meet the Movement Team
Chelsea started practicing yoga in college after a friend told her that it could reduce her anxiety symptoms. Chelsea tried it and after a few weeks saw results! In 2015, Chelsea completed her 200 hour YTT through Santosh School of Yoga and in 2021, her 500 hour YTT through My Vinyasa Practice. Chelsea teaches a variety of styles, however, tends to teach more Hatha and Vinyasa styles. Chelsea has also completed a 40 hour trauma sensitive yoga training through the Trauma Center.
Adrianna Santos has been a yoga practitioner since 2012. In 2019, Adrianna expanded her knowledge by completing her 200 YTT with Juliet Loranger at School of Yoga New Bedford. Since her certification Adrianna has created her own style by keeping an open mind to all different yoga practices. Yoga has been a consistent outlet and personal tool for Adrianna. It is her hope that Yoga will bring others as much peace as it has brought her.
